Pól has worked as a consultant and in senior management roles to many leading global brands including BP Plc and Xerox Corporation.

 
He has acted as an advisor and consultant to global businesses and governmental organisations in Technology, Communications and Energy.
 
At Xerox Corporation, Pól managed the UK operation of the corporate venture fund. In that role he was responsible for the creation of new technology businesses based on intellectual property emanating from Xerox’s global research operations incuding Grenoble (France), Cambridge (UK) and PARC (US).
 
At BP he worked as Strategic Projects Manager for Northern Europe with the BP Lubricants business based at the companies head office in the UK.
 
He previously headed up the European consulting business at a US strategy consulting firm whose clients consisted the major global technology vendors.
 
Pól acts as an advisor to a number of international firms in sectors ranging from software to engineering, and spanning Europe, South Asia and the Middle East. He is qualified with an MBA in International Business and a DBA from two leading British business schools.

 

  

Andy has recently completed a four  year assignment  in the UAE for a well known Manufacturing Group.

 

Prior to his consultancy role, he spent 15 years working for Canon Inc Japan – joining in 1991 as President of Canon Audio, where he oversaw the research, design, manufacture and marketing of audio and electronics products from its inception.

 

Six years later, he became Vice President of Canon Europa, responsible for all of Canon’s activities across the Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa. 

 

Andy moved on to become President of Canon Inc’s Research and New Business Development Centre in Europe.

 

In that role he was responsible for all new European business opportunities generated from the innovative technologies developed at Canon’s research centres in the UK and France. Before joining Canon,

 

Andy was Managing Director at Harman UK, part of the large US owned company, Harman International manufacturers of Audio and Electronics products worldwide.

 

Andy was educated in the UK and attended the IMD in Switzerland.
